Aryel is looking for a passionate and motivated AdOps Associate to join our dynamic team.

About Us:Aryel, is a cutting-edge Adtech startup, that empowers agencies and brands to create, distribute, and optimize Immersive Display advertising campaigns while gathering valuable data, including audience emotional states and facial features.

Notably, Aryel serves a global clientele, including renowned organizations like WPP, Teads, Lavazza, PwC, Barilla, Ferrero, and many others Key Responsibilities:Support in the Operational Management of Advertising Campaigns Assisting in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across our platform and other DSPs/SSPs.

Ensuring proper implementation of ad tags and tracking under supervision.

Monitoring campaign performance and helping identify opportunities for optimization.

Supporting the resolution of technical issues related to ad delivery.

Preparing periodic reports for internal teams.

Collaboration with Publisher Partnerships Assisting in identifying and onboarding new publisher and ad platform partnerships.

Supporting the management of available inventory and ad format implementation.

Helping to analyze traffic quality and prevent ad fraud.

Ensuring brand safety compliance in collaboration with internal teams.

Essential Requirements:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with MS Excel (spreadsheet analysis and charting).

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken (C1 level of English proficiency is required) Personal Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, curious, and willing to share knowledge.

Excellent time management skills in a dynamic environment.
