Advanced Optical Engineer - Automotive

He/she will define, develop and manage organizational and interorganizational processes linked to innovation and development of innovative products.

Main tasks:

- define new products concepts

- identify financing opportunities and resources allocation methods for both development and improving projects

- analysing the market target and interpreting market trends

- analyse and testing process of competitive products, specially with reverse engineering methods

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree (Engineering, Physics, Maths)

- Knowledge of benchmarking tools, product lifecycle principles, marketing methods and technology intelligence knowledges.

- Ability to work with 2D and 3D design/simulation software, planning tools for projects and management software used by the company.

- Optics/Photometry principles

- Quality procedures

- Technical features of product development knowledge:

electronics, mechanics, thermal, injection, metrology and so on
