As an Advertising Operations Executive you will play a crucial role in managing advertising campaigns across all DAZN Italy properties, ensuring optimal placement and timing of ads to maximize reach and effectiveness.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of advertising strategies and media platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients or internal teams to understand advertising objectives. Plan ad rotation schedules for broadcast media, considering factors such as program content, and ad placement regulations. Monitor advertising inventory availability and ad space reservations to meet campaign objectivesCoordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of advertising materials in accordance with campaign schedulesMonitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ad rotationTrack advertising expenditure and reconcile invoices with contracted ad placementsStay informed about advertising regulations and guidelines applicable to broadcast media in ItalyEnsure that advertising content complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including restrictions on content and timing. Generate regular reports on campaign performanceAnalyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizationProvide actionable recommendations for future campaigns based on performance analysis and market insights Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseProven experience in advertising campaign management, preferably in a broadcast media environmentStrong understanding of media planning principles, including audience targeting, reach, frequency, and media buyingKnowledge of Ad Server (Google Ad Manager preferred), SSPs, DSPs, Programmatic topicsExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, media agencies, and broadcastersProficiency in advertising analytics tools and software for campaign performance tracking and analysisAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Italian and proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
