Randstad Italia SpA for Huawei Technology Italia Srl is seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to drive ad sales through Petal Ads, its programmatic display platform, across Europe and China, with a focus on the Tourism, Luxury, and Fashion industries.

This role requires strong business development skills, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to establish strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:Sales Business Development: Identify, pitch, and secure new advertising clients, ensuring revenue growth. Client Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with advertisers and key industry players. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute advertising strategies tailored to client needs. Collaboration: Work with internal teams on campaign execution, creative development, and performance optimization. Market Expertise: Stay up to date on digital advertising trends, attend industry events, and represent Petal Ads. Requirements:3+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital, programmatic, OOH, or web advertising. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluency in English is required. Experience working with CRM tools and digital advertising platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
