This role requires strong business development skills, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to establish strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:Identify, pitch, and secure new advertising clients, ensuring revenue growth.

Client Management:Build strong, long-term relationships with advertisers and key industry players.

Strategic Growth:Develop and execute advertising strategies tailored to client needs.

Collaboration:Work with internal teams on campaign execution, creative development, and performance optimization.

Market Expertise:Stay up to date on digital advertising trends, attend industry events, and represent Petal Ads. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital, programmatic, OOH, or web advertising.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluency in English is required.

Experience working with CRM tools and digital advertising platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
