As an Advertising Sales Manager/Account Executive, you will use your 5+ years' experience selling TV/Video and digital advertising solutions to C-Level executives and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale advertising revenues.
You will utilize your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the advertising space, employ a consultative approach, and have a deep understanding of the TV and digital advertising landscape.
Inclusive of Streaming TV, Live Sports, Audio, and Programmatic Video, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients in the Home, Kitchen, and Tools industries and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe Account Executive generates advertising revenue via ad agencies and advertisers directly, through objective-led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions. Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunities and connect them with value-adding solutions. Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers as well as new revenue streams. Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision-makers, particularly in the TV and Digital landscape. Map account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our digital, audio, and video products best serve an advertiser's needs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or university diplomaExtensive working experience within the media industryExperience in online marketing, TV, or e-commerce fieldGood understanding of customers' marketing and media strategiesSolid understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertisingEntrepreneurial, convincing, and winning personalityDemonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders with individually developed conceptsStrong written and verbal communication and persuasion skillsFluency in German and EnglishExperience using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and customer databases (Salesforce) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience with a digital or TV marketer, a media agency, or a media responsibility in a leading consumer companySelf-motivated team player, with refined and assertive leadership skillsAbility to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlinesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple parallel-path projects About our rewards: We'll expect you to go the extra mile, but we'll also make sure you're well rewarded.
