- 2+ years of Cloud migration and adoption expertise is a must

- Ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders by articulating direction, defining goals/objectives, and promoting an atmosphere of teamwork

- Information Security Management (CISSP etc)

- Process Design (Lean, Six Sigma)

- Knowledge of Business Change Management Frameworks (ProSci / ADKAR, Kotter, Kubler-Ross)

Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.

Responsibilities include:

- Working with Customers to assess their AS IS organization and design the TO BE to support AWS Cloud Intake

- Explaining the Agile and DevOps way of working

- Supporting the Business Case analysis related to the move to Cloud

- Supporting the Change Management effort to help Customer reskill its employees

- Following and reporting the success of the Change

- Seeking sponsorship to manage large Cloud Transformations Programs

- AWS-specific skills are desirable but not necessary.

However, experience managing or migrating to enterprise production AWS environments is extremely desirable

- ITIL Processes (Service Design, Service Transition, Service Strategy, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement)

- ITSM Key Processes (Provision, Release, Incident, Problem, Asset, Event, IT Change)

- IT Operations (Infrastructure / Application Management and Operations)

- Project Management (PMP, Scrum, Agile)

- Cloud Sales / Account Management skills

- Cloud Architecture and Solution design skills
