**Fidiger Advisory S. p. A. **, a consulting company belonging to the Pirola organization, is looking for **undergraduates and recent graduates** to join the **Governance Risk & Compliance** division of the **Milan**office.

The selected people will become part of a dynamic and stimulating team, and will be involved in projects in the following areas:

- Internal Audit

- Compliance

- Analysis, design and assessment of the effectiveness of corporate processes

- Risk Management

- Assurance on administrative - accounting procedures ex L. 262/2005 and SOX

- Verification of processes supporting the Organisation, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

We require:

- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Law

- Motivation for consultancy activities

- Excellent command of the English language

- Willingness to work in a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skills.

The profile is completed by a willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.

**Experience in the Advisory field, mainly in GRC, Internal Audit and ITGC projects, is an advantage.
