Job Description Summary**: The Custom Logistic Specialist will be responsible to manage custom and logistic activities inside the Avenza LM Service Shop Center.

Avenza Service Center is a provider of LM2500 (Aeroderivative gas turbines) overhaul services.

**Essential Responsibilities

- Manage custom import/export activities

- Rigorous management of data in ERP systems in order to assure a compliant Customs accounting and correct inventory transactions

- Working with warehouse and shop team to define correct management of material in customs suspended regime

- Prepare all the shipment documents (shipping invoices, dual use, etc. . )

- Ensure complete compliance to all regulatory requirements company policy

- Track and monitor the wing to wing logistic process and all the key milestones to mitigate controllership risk : forwarders engagement, RDA, POD and payment approval

- Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination, and other specific requirements to mitigate operational risk

**Qualifications/Requirements

- Custom Import/Export background

- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle)

- Accurate data entry skills

- Strong attention to details

- Reading, writing and speaking fluency in Italian and English languages

- EU work permit
