Job Description Summary**: The role of Aero Alliance Avenza Plant F&M/Technologies Ldr combines responsibility of maintenance of facilities and equipment and P&Es management for Massa Aero Alliance plant.
The role is intended to be performed on-site, no remote working.
The Avenza Plant Technologies Leader will use her/his expertise to define and propose maintenance strategy/plans according to EHS/Italian laws requirements and to the company objectives (EHS, Quality, Fulfillment and Efficiency).
She/he will act with sense of urgency to solve problems to mitigate impacts during the production taking care of short-term and some long-term business goals.
**Aero Alliance Massa Plant F&M Ldr will**:
- Be responsible for maintenance of facilities and equipment and auxiliary services in Avenza Aero Alliance plant interacting with external resources/companies
- Interact and collaborate with plant Gates Ldrs team to achieve maintenance and facilities goals
- Identify maintenance and facilities projects/initiatives to continuously improve execution and efficiency/productivity of the plant
- Support plant long term strategy for areas allocation, P&E implementation and new technologies introduction in the plant
**Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with significant experience in manufacturing operations/facilities/maintenance)
- Wide range technical skills (knowledge of civil works, machining and equipment)
- Attitude to face both contingencies and long-term projects
- Experienced to work in contact both with direct reports and contractors
- Long range vision to drive strategic projects and related P&E
- Clear thinking attitude to match and anticipate internal customer needs
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Italian and English
- EU Work Permit
**Desired Characteristics
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Experience in Facility & Maintenance activities of complex plant
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate and execute projects
