TXT Group is looking for an Aeronautical Training Operation Specialist to join the company of the TXT e-Tech Group, who will have the opportunity to work closely with a technical team of professionals, to interface with pilots in a multicultural environment, on an important project for a client operating in the Aerospace & Defence sector.

The Aeronautical Training Operation involves the creation of teaching material for the aeronautical training service in the classroom and in e-learning.

The resource must have a strong aptitude for problem solving, communication and organisational skills, and be able to work both in a team and individually.

**Main responsibilities**:

Managing technical course documentation (manuals and technical publications);

Planning and organising training classes;

Monitoring and certification of training KPIs;

Management of training documentation and personal technical files;

Designing and editing technical or training documentation on e-learning platforms (Moodle /Articulate Storyline360/LCMS);

Development of 2D/3D interactive multimedia training material.

**Technical skills required**:

Knowledge of EASA Regulations and aviation legislation;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Outlook);

Knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite;

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Previous professional experience in the aviation sector in drafting technical or training documentation will be considered a plus.
