The Global Trainee Program is an exclusive Two-Year-long opportunity designed to give the candidate the full international experience aimed at specialization within our Aerospace & Aviation division.

As part of our 24 months program, you will spend the first 6 months in our recently renovated and full high tech global headquarter in Cologno Monzese (MI), grasping the essential skills viable for your international journey.

Your interest will be taken into high consideration throughout the program, forming the necessary skillset for the job based on your own personal competences, aiming at a broader knowledge of System, Software and Test Engineering.

You will also be involved in projects regarding on-board avionic systems for fixed-wing and/or rotary-wing aircraft (e. g.

Flight Management System, Mission Management System).

After the inital 6 months apprenticeship, you will be ready to take off, exploring new career horizons in the DACH area.

Your are the ideal candidate if you are a smart person who is open to new challenges and who has a keen interest in international professional growth.

Skills you already have: Interest in the aeronautical world, on-board systems and flight simulators; Interest in the approach to software and system testing; Appreciated knowledge of one or more programming languages such as: C / C ++, Java, Python; Appreciated knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio development systems; Required languages: good knowledge of English both written and spoken, knowledge of German will be considered preferential requirement; Willingness to relocate in Europe.
