Place of work: MilanMission/Objectives:MAIRE Group, within Administration and Financial Statement department, is looking for a highly motivated AFC Systems Application Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in managing and analyzing AFC application systems and be able to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, reporting directly to the AFC Systems Application Senior Analyst. Activities and Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the main AFC application systems as a Key User (SAP, Tagetik, etc.

), ensuring their proper daily operation for the entire Group;Analyze and understand business requirements in the AFC area for subsequent technical and/or process improvements to applications;Manage demands, enhancements, and change requests for AFC applications (SAP, Tagetik, etc.

);Participate, when requested, in the phases of requirement definition, solution analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any changes to AFC systems, before the changes are released to production for users;Actively collaborate with the ICT department and the AMS team for the development of enhancements and the resolution of daily issues and requests in the AFC area;Provide support to AFC users across the Group, as well as deliver training or mentoring to users if required;Bring to the attention of the Administration, Finance, and Control Vice President and the Administration Head of Department, in coordination with his/her supervisor, any issues encountered while performing duties, proposing alternative solutions where applicable. Requirements:Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area;1 to 3 years of experience in AFC systems or similar roles (e. g.

SAP implementation in consulting companies).

Specifically, knowledge of the SAP system (FI/CO modules) is considered a plus;Knowledge of accounting, management control, and finance is considered a plus;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent communication and teamwork skills;Proficiency in English and the Office suite.
