On behalf of an important **Luxury** **Company**, we are now looking for an:

**Indirect Procurement Coordinator

The main scope of the role is to support the execution of tactical procurement activities for business prompted, and procurement-driven sourcing requests.

As a team member in an affiliate-hub team, the role is responsible for executing various day-to-day sourcing activities such as ad-hoc, unplanned, or reactive business-led buying activities ensuring maximum possible procurement impact and savings realization.

**Responsibilities

- Supporting local implementation and adherence to category initiatives and savings realization, providing input and feedback to the creation of category buying guides and content;

- Supporting supplier management activities for local/global specific suppliers, category strategy execution, and support (strategic) projects and sourcing activities;

- Delivering tactical procurement execution and procurement support for business requirements managing day-to-day procurement requirements and delivery support, including implementation and savings realization;

- Supporting transactional procurement efficiencies, by managing the conversion of project outcomes into relevant content and buying channel implementation;

- Supporting change management activities for a specific affiliate, being involved in various transformational procurement projects - i. e. , new Indirect Policy implementation;

- Supporting change and ensuring procurement goals and being sure that processes are moving forward towards excellence;

- Being responsible for the supply/demand tasks and balance within their horizon.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in business, procurement, engineering or similar;

- 3 years of relevant experience;

- Fluency in English and Italian;

- Team building, learning agility, proactivity.
