The role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in the mobile VAS industry to run the execution of the affiliation for our digital entertainment offers.

Primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key affiliates, this person will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting relevant top producing affiliates, and drive strategy execution of affiliation in our company.

Location: Rome (our HQ) or remote working.

**Key Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit top performing affiliates and publishers

- Relationship management with key affiliates, pubs and affiliate networks

- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit goals

- Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote

- Negotiate payout structures

- Work closely with country directors and product team to identify top producing offers, improve them, follow-up on the needs of our partners and identify potential opportunities.

- Manage communications between tech and creative teams to ensure all deliverables are met

- Fraud management

- Travelling to trade shows and international conferences for networking and prospecting

- Become a training, information and advice resource for junior level staff

**Experience requirements

- 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing.

Knowledge in the Mobile VAS industry is a must

- Strong negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills

- Excellent experience in managing tracking platform like Affise, Hasoffers, CAKE, Voluum or Thrive

- Smart, energetic, detail-oriented, and analytic

- Professional communication skills, talent for bargaining and ability to build long term relationships with affiliates

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members

- Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner

- Ability to build reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excels

- Drive and motivation to exceed objectives

- Highly organized and exceptional time management

- English fluency is a must
