About the OpportunityWhat You'll Be DoingResponsible for driving the strategy for affiliate user growth, including but not limited to:
Creating and executing affiliate user growth campaigns aimed at increasing FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM KPIsPartnering with communities to launch campaigns with KOLsDeveloping a strategy to manage the affiliate user lifecycleProviding support to the Affiliate Growth team as requiredYour performance/OKRs will be evaluated based on:
The total number of affiliate usersConversion rate and churn of affiliate usersAffiliate users' FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM metricsWhat We Look For In YouFluency in English is required. Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed. Capable of thriving in high-pressure environments and committed to hard work. Energetic, curious and a fast learner. L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development.
