**Your healthy routine
You will be fully responsible for the entire Delivery and After-Sales Service.
**Your Challenges**:
- Delivery and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestone and timelines.
- Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating task to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track.
- Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
- Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, Delivery agency and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
- Manage the entire VAT deposit process.
- Tracking process and making adjustment as needed to keep the delivery on track.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks
- Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate after sales functions including deliveries, collection and warranty claims in order to optimize customer satisfaction within budget constraints.
- Implement and maintain system and processes that will effectively eliminate error, increase response time, improve communication and record outcomes in relationto all aspect of the customer experience.
- Establish and maintain contact with clients and potential clients to assess satisfaction and optimize opportunities for further sales.
- Undertake employee management in order to delivery quality performance outcomes across the sales department.
- Demonstrate corporate responsibility
**Your profile includes**:
- Fluent English is a must and Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor degree or above in a field such as computer science, electronic engineering, business, Business administration or a related discipline.
- 3 or more years of professional experience in a delivery management or project management role and experience with after sales.
- Qualification relevant to the work of after Sales/Customer Service Manager in telecommunication sector.
- Works well in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Personal commitment to excellent customer service
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
