ThunderSoft, a leading provider of OS technologies, solutions, and services, is looking for a After-Sales Analysis Engineer in Milan, Italy to join our team of experts in the telecommunications industry.  

About the Role: As an After-Sales Analysis Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Xiaomi products in the local market.  

Key Responsibilities: Conducting independent localization testing in the local area. Completing tests efficiently according to established test cases and providing authentic, reliable test results. Continuously following up on any issues that arise during testing and forming an effective closed-loop resolution process. Collaborating with the R&D team to debug probabilistic or regional issues and capture effective log information. Providing on-site assistance to users in resolving regional issues. Writing and optimizing region-specific test cases. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Systems or a related field. Good level of English or the local language for effective communicationStrong understanding of localized network composition, related network information, and operator information. Advanced skills in using debugging tools such as ADB and QXDM are preferred. Familiarity with the Android system and fundamental testing methods. Prior experience in mobile localization testing is highly desirable. Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
