After Sales Area Manager In this role within the After Sales function and the geographic area of your competence, you will maintain commercial relationships with active customers and, starting from the installed base, propose spare parts packages and customized solutions for purchasing spare parts and assistance products.

Your activities will include:

Analyzing customer spare parts requests and supporting them in identifying the most suitable solution, in collaboration with Engineering; Promoting the sale of essential spare parts for new plants and, coordinating with sales, proposing it concurrently with the purchase of the machine; Identifying and developing customer needs to create new business solutions; Visiting customers to promote spare parts service packages and gather new sales opportunities; Achieving the expected Order Intake and margin objectives, in collaboration with the Spare Parts Manager.

We are looking for a person with the following requirements:

Experience in customer service and sales activities, preferably in companies that produce custom plants; Diploma, preferably technical; Good knowledge of English and preferably another foreign language; Listening skills, excellent relational and communication skills, and strong customer orientation; Proactivity, a "can do attitude", and the ability to turn problems into business opportunities; Ability to read technical drawings (Basic); Skills in managing deadlines and stress.
