Descrizione del lavoro:

The position is responsible for ensuring that customers receive complete, accurate and timely technical proposals and order acknowledgements, and functions as the liaison between Sales Executives, internal departments, and customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Entering proposals;

- Entering orders;

- Release of the pick lists;

- Creation of the Bill of Materials for MODS;

- Costing of the units;

- Creation of the price list for new upgrades/modifications.

- Part numbers creations/release in XA

- Put into production of the modifications (release of the Manufacturing orders)

- Mrp control;

- Check of the arrival /availability of the components to start the pre-assembly / programming of the units;

- Release of the pick list for manufacturing orders;

- Open Purchase Order Report (for customers' orders)

- Reports for the financial meetings

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- An associate degree in a technical or business-related discipline is preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Four to six years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated communication, organization, and time management skills

- Proven problem-solving skills

- Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work within a with CRM system (experience with CRM tool is highly preferred)

- Ability to travel as required

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer

- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally

- Lift, move or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs.
