We are looking for an After Sales Manager for our company Baoli EMEA s. p. a.

Baoli EMEA s. p. a. is part of the KION Group which is among the world's leading suppliers of industrial trucks and supply chain solutions.

Baoli EMEA s. p. a. , the Headquarters of which are in Italy, manages all the sales, after-sales and marketing aspects for the Baoli Products in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).

Spare Parts:

Identification

Offers

Purchase order,

Logistic and delivery,

Website for spare parts catalogues and Website for spare parts orders

Parts stock management

Technical Service

Technical support

Website for warranty claims

Website for warranty claims

Operator manuals and technical documentation

Others:

Pre delivery inspection (support to Technicians)

Pre delivery inspection (check invoices from STILL Italy)

**Requirements**:

Min.

4- years experience in similar roles inmultinational industrial companies.

Excellent knowledge of English.

Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.

Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholder.

Customer-oriented.

Planning (self-organisation) and organizational skills

Being adaptable.

Stress management skills.
