After Sales Manager

Baoli EMEA provides affordable forklift trucks, warehouse equipment and spare parts via a Sales & Service network to customers mainly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
In this growing market segment Baoli EMEA is currently enhancing it's central After Sales and Technical Support team in Lainate, Italy. Our goal is to provide the best in class After Sales Services to our network partners. Therefore, we are looking for an After Sales Manager (f/m/d). In this position you manage the central Baoli After Sales team and are hands-on responsible for the After Sales and Product Support across EMEA.
Your responsibilities: You are in charge to manage the Service and After Sales Business of Baoli EMEA:Technical support (1st and 2nd level), warranty and field campaignsProduct launches and quality feedback together with the Product ManagementEnsuring efficient and reliable pre-delivery inspections of trucksProviding technical documentation and updates to our Sales & Service network You steer all After Sales related processes and activities You take over the responsibility to foster our relations to our EMEA dealer network and to commercially development our after sales business You are leading a team of 5 direct reports You take care to define & implement measures in line with the Baoli EMEA strategic vision and actively drive the Service and After Sales professionalization In addition to budget, activity and personnel planning, your area of responsibility also includes the business management of the service area using key figures (KPIs) Tasks and Qualifications: Your qualifications: Experience in managing service operations across multiple countries, understanding regional variations in regulations, and adapting service operations & strategies accordingly Strong experience in After Sales and Service business models, products, and processes Experience in collaborating and developing a centralized dealer network A good technical know-how regarding forklifts and/or similar products Experience in leading employees disciplinary as well as functional Organized, solution driven as well as pragmatic and pro-active mindset Active, self-starting approach with a can-do attitude Strong communication and facilitation skills, which you easily demonstrate in English in an international and intercultural environment (in this position you will work in English, as our network partners are located all around Europe, Middle East and Africa) Place of work : Lainate (MI) - Headquarter
