**After Sales Manager - EMEA Market

We are looking for an **Aftersales Manager**, able to develop our business in the Aftersales market for _EMEA_.

The purpose of this position is to manage the specific business, to handle the process/systems and to coordinate the Aftersales team.

**Your responsibilities include

Managing the aftersales business for Vehicles and Recharging systems, across the EMEA market for the following macro areas:

- Technical documentation & Network training

- Network Service & Repair support

- Spare parts & Accessories management - needs, ordering, procurement and distribution

**Requisiti**:

**Who we're looking for**:

- Technical degree

- At least 10 years experience in After Sales in multinational automotive companies, preferably from OEM

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives

- Good knowledge of English and Italian languages, additional languages are a plus

- Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies

- Project Management Skills, agility to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines

- Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details

- Willingness to travel for business trips within the EMEA territory
