About the Role

We are currently looking for an

**After Sales Operations Specialist** to join out After Sales team at Technogym HQ in Cesena, Italy.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Data analysis & Data-to-information: highlight trends, opportunities, and issues through a structured analysis of data available in the systems

- Accountable for Technical After Sales KPIs: monitor KPIs currently used in Technical After Sales area and contribute to the define and implement new ones

- Accountable for After Sales reporting systems: transfer to After Sales organization in our Branches the monitoring and reporting tools which are necessary for a correct and complete overview of the After Sales business.

- Collect and formalize business specifications for the development and improvement of current reporting tools

- Contributor to implementation of After Sales calculation models: in cooperation with Field Service Managers, he/she will contribute to the definition, implementation, and maintenance of "ad hoc" calculation models for the Technical After Sales area (e. g.

cost-to-price modeling, right-sizing of field infrastructure)

- Accountable for After Sales processes: ensure a correct adherence of the Branches to key After Sales processes, in order to guarantee that systems data are a true representation of the Level of Service delivered to customers

- Responsible for managing After Sales Monthly Business Reviews: ensure the correct execution of monthly Business Reviews with the subsidiaries ensuring availability and accuracy of systems data

- Responsible for Project management of country-specific plans: in cooperation with Field Service Managers, he/she will formalize to our Branches specific tasks defined during Business Reviews and monitor their progress with dedicated follow-up

About You

- Master's degree (Engineering preferred)

- Preferably background in Consulting, Automation, Medical equipment, White Goods industries, Automotive

- Knowledge of Processes & Policies linked to After-Sales is a plus

- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, SAP / BAAN / Salesforce is a plus

- Enthusiasm, sense of initiative, and energy/proactivity

- English fluency (level C1 CEFR)

- Problem-solving attitude and analytical approach

- Time management and planning capabilities

- Experience of working within a multi-cultural team in a challenging environment

- Focus on results and accountability, striving for excellence
