Mission and main objectives**:

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manage dealer sales performance (check promotional activities, etc. . . );

- Realize sales targets of dealers and support dealers to improve performance;

- Secure proper deployment of action plan at dealer level, in order to maximize P/UIO, Acc/NCS and other business KPIs, through a solid set of dispersion mgmt tools;

- Forecast dealers sales performance;

- Realize parts and accessories gross profit;

- Manage workshop efficiency & effectiveness;

- Manage special service project implementation with the dealerships (f. i.

NES);

- Support product launches and CRM campaigns (e. g.

summer campaign, winter campaign) through specific lead mgmt tracking tools;

- Monitor and manage Customer Promise kpis (LNA, EVHC, Cortesy Car usage, etc.

);

- Promote associated business (extended warranty contracts, service contracts)

- Improve QVOC AS for dealers of their own zone;

- Control the AS selectivity criteria compliance with special focus on AS capacity;

- Support Training Department with identification of dealer staff training needs;

- Support controlling of dealer staff training participation;

- Secondary network prospecting and management;

- Guarantee the NSSW implementation at dealer site;

- Monitor and analyze CVS/CVA Dealer performance, through main CQ KPIs;

- Identify CQ area for improvement, set up AP, monitor, follow up and countermeasure (with a special focus on bottom performer dealers);

- Support CQ NAE/Local program implementation at dealer site (i. e.

Gemba Kaizen);

- Support dealers to understand and manage the Qualitative Bonus Scheme.

**KPIs**:

Turnover, AS BC, parts per unit in operation, accessories per new car sold, associated business penetration, CVA.

**Education**:

- Master's degree (A-level + 5 years);

- Fluent English and Italian Regional language required.
