based in Alonte (VI - Italy) is part of LU-VE Group, leader in the air heat exchanger sector.

**Brief Job Description**:

The Materials Planner will be responsible for the management and planning of purchased materials in accordance with the contracts stipulated with external suppliers.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Materials planning;

- Based on purchase requests (requirements generated by the management system), generate purchase orders to suppliers (internal and external);

- Manage order books to suppliers, ensuring that they are consistent with production plans and monitor suppliers to receive the materials on schedule;

- Analysis of minimum warehouse stocks;

- Based on the product supply chain, analyze and define minimum warehouse stocks to ensure that the production flow can proceed regularly;

- KPI management and control;

- Based on the KPI (late orders, order entry and confirmation, warehouse refiling), monitor activities (e. g.

for KPI refiling of the warehouse, continuous monitoring of the warehouse level for the product) and possible definition of the necessary actions so that the KPI falls within the target, in order to ensure coverage of the requirement;

- Slow moving;

- Phase IN-OUT;

- Iteam master management (logistic-part);

- Participation in sharing meetings with other entities;

- Other activities: maintenance of the Logistics section of the product code data; participation in supply chain and warehouse improvement projects;

- Interface with company functions and with suppliers (Italian and foreign);

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1- 2 years experience in similar roles;

- High school Diploma (preferably technical);

- Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel);

- Basic Knowledge of English.

**OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Knowledge of SAP.
