After Sales Specialist
After Sales Specialist's main responsibility is to represent the single point of contact and focal point for the assigned customer base when the product has been delivered to customers.
Is in charge of tuning, establishing and keeping relationships with customers, handling field and in house service activities, so that all service administration is aligned, up to date and detailed.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Processes effectively complains from Customer about product delivered.
- Receiveces and processes customer's requests for technical support (remote helpdesk or physical intervention at the site), as well as customers' modifications/upgrades to existing products.
- Operates Product recalls, in relation to the customer's complains.
- Settles and Handles priorities, by coordinating them in all their facets.
- Within the After Sales domain, Works as a Project Manager, appropriately balancing costs, time, purpose, quality and risks, from the opening of the request until its final closure.
Collaboraring with internal relevant company departments and external business partners, plans, monitors and coordinates the entire activity with the main aim of guaranteeing extensive answers and/or offering timely, efficient, effective solutions, as well as maximum customer satisfaction

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- Secondary School Diploma in technical area.
- Good knowledge of Office Suite in particular Excel.
- Intermediate English level. Even a short experience in a Operation Department of a metalmechanic industry.
