Responsibilities are:

Be the technical reference in the market and its sales network

Provide customer service and offer appropriate solutions

Promote ordinary maintenance services with original spare parts

Provide educational support on products and/orAfter-Sales Services

Coordinate the activities of withdrawing goods, documentation, also extra CEE, in accordance with company policies and current regulations

Support the Manager in defining the Importante Azienda of internal and external policies, proposing solutions to problems and improvements in processes

Provide reports to Manager on issues/signals from market

It will provide technical support to Back Office to ensure timely and accurate customer feedback.

Profilo

Bachelor in Foreign languages

2/3 years experience in Commercial Back Office

Excellent knowledge (writing, listening, speaking) in German and English

Good command of Microsoft office suite and AX.

We are looking for a very precise and accurate person, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
