Aftermarket Key Account Manager
Company Description** VHIT S. p. A** (Vacuum & Hydraulic Products Italy) is an Italian company, part of the international group **Weifu High-Technology Group Co. , Ltd**, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.
**With over 60 years of history, **our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion engines and electric motors.
We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.
We supply the Western major automotive companies and grow as a mechatronics business organization.
At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.
To strengthen our Sales Marketing and Product Management department, we are looking for an Aftermarket Key Account Manager.
As part of the team you will:
- directly contribute to the company's success;
- actively enhance the company's growth in the electrification era;
In addition, you will be directly responsible for managing:
- sales activities;
- a portion of the current and potential aftermarket customer portfolio;
- new business and negotiations;
- international relations with other departments.
And define:
- the customer hierarchy
- the incentive and marketing policy, the customer action plan
- the area's price management.
Finally, you will act as the main contact person for customers and identify and develop new distributors.
**Qualifications** Education**:Master Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar academic background;
**Technical knowledge**: Basic knowledge of powertrain components; Basic understanding of engines' principles; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
**Personality**: goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership.
**Language skills**:Fluent English, Chinese will be considered a plus.
**Interests**: Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
