Leading global manufacturing company is looking for an:
**Aftermarket Sales Manager EMEA COD.

This position will report directly to the EMEA Sales Director.
The Aftermarket Sales Manager EMEA is responsible for the continual increase in the company's revenue from the sale of aftermarket parts in the EMEA area.
Responsibilities will include planning/forecasting and sales program management in the assigned market.
The Aftermarket Sales Manager will provide business intelligence, set goals, define strategies and initiatives to continue to gain the company market share.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leading AM product sales to sustainably develop and grow the customer base, implement company's strategies and encouraging a great sense of responsibility within the assigned customer base by developing long-term sales strategies and tactics;
- Working with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales, product and customer strategies.
- Coordinating and using external market research, competitive benchmarking and service data as necessary to identify opportunities and assessing market conditions.
- Developing and maintaining strategic accounts.
- Constantly gathering information on product performance, competitors, customer and dealer attitudes, new problems and opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining annual and current customer forecasts for financial, AOP, business and operations planning purposes.
- Providing clear, concise and timely call reports based on customer communications/meetings; send quotes and related updates to Customers (managing price lists and price increases).
- Collaborating with other functions (e. g. , R&D, Operations and Finance) to meet customer expectations, driving new product development and introduction using reverse engineering methodology.
- Maintaining and developing potential dealing and distribution contracts for new or growing market areas;
- Submitting and managing requests for quotation for IC (InterCompany) price and Lead Time from Sisters companies.
- Internal Margin control of AM sales products.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5-8 years relevant work experience in sales, technical sales field, aftermarket or parts management preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Degree in an engineering discipline;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills;
- Must have a proactive and positive attitude and meet expected tight deadlines;
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent knowledge of English; Other European languages an advantage.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
