- The Role:_

**Mission

**Job description**:

- Provide remote technical support and organize trainings for Offi cial Dealers in relati on to specifi c products

- Check constantly ECB bulleti ns and the technical documentati on related to the products part of our portf olio

- Handle through dedicated tools the requests of technical support, certi fi cati ons and documentati on raised by customers

- Keep customers updated about the acti ons required, related to ECB with priority I and II

- Handle warranty requests, following the whole approval/rejecti on cycle, checking invoices and reports to Product Companythrough the dedicated tools

- Report eventual technical issues to the product company

- Keep a constant relati onship with the Product Companies and specifi cally with technical support

- Support colleagues whenever possible in relati on to the area of competence

- Occasional travel to customer sites and workshops / offi ces

- What we expect from you:_

**Experience requirements

- Know-how about industrial environment

- Proven experience in maintenance services on industrial equipment

- Customer orientated and reliable

- Technical experti se, combining mechanical and electrical components

- Excellent communicati on skills to work at all levels within an organizati on

- Experience in compressed air technology or related products will be an asset

**Knowledge

- Fluent in English (other language will be an advantage)

- Strong PC skills with MS Offi ce, Excel, and Outlook

- Knowledge about PLCs and Inverters will be a plus

- Driving license

Yearly turnover is roughly 50million Euros with 20% coming from aft ermarket business.

Multi air counts a total of 32 employees, 7 of them located abroad.
