Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: optimize and maintain our distribution systems to unlock revenue potential across all connected channels take charge of rate loading processes in systems like PMS, Channel Manager, and GDS, swiftly troubleshooting any rate visibility issues that arise keep our rate loading processes lean and efficient, especially during peak seasons conduct quality checks on various OTAs to ensure all data entered is accurate and up-to-date monitor daily integrated reservations across channels, troubleshooting as necessary support the Distribution and Revenue Teams with additional tasks as needed We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management already gained initial experience in a comparable position in a hotel or the overall travel industry a warm and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills already had touchpoints with various OTA's and revenue management and distribution systems such as Duetto, IDeaS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS or IBE a proactive mindset and you love taking the initiative to get things done think analytically, act methodically, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness fluent in English, both spoken and written What's in for you?
