Role Objective Bridging business and tech, this role turns needs into clear requirements, aligns priorities with the PO, and ensures smooth collaboration between agile teams and PMI-driven stakeholders for strategic and operational success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Coordination and Prioritization: Organize and conduct meetings with customers, POs and development teams to define and prioritize features.

Support the PO in gathering and defining priorities: Ensuring that business needs are translated into clear operational requirements.

Definition of Ready (DoR) Management: Facilitate refinement sessions with teams to define and update DoR criteria, ensuring that each backlog item is detailed and ready for development.

Agile Work Methodology and Interaction with PMI Methodologies: Operate mainly in an agile mode, adopting iterative development and continuous improvement practices. Deal with stakeholders who follow PMI methodologies, ensuring consistency and alignment between agile and traditional project management approaches.

Documentation and Communication: Draft minutes, reports and updated documentation of meetings, ensuring transparency and traceability of decisions.

Technical Support and Release Management: Collaborate with the development team to coordinate release notes, versioning and updates, maintaining high product quality standards.

Required Skills Excellent communication and coordination skills, with aptitude for problem solving.

IT knowledge and familiarity with backlog management tools (e. g.

Azure DevOps).

Fluency in English.

Experience and flexibility in working both in agile environments and in PMI contexts to effectively interface with different stakeholders.
