Agile Delivery Manager
Role Purpose
Defining and prioritizing product backlogs
Removing impediments or supporting the team(s) in removing impediments themselves
Supporting the team in a journey of continuous improvement through the use of sensible metrics and data
Creating a safe environment where everybody can speak their mind
Ensuring in-team and cross-team collaboration is effective
Managing software projects and budgets Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Knowledge of and experience in delivering software project using lean/agile methodologies
Valuing agility over rush
Data-driven decision making
Attention to quality and reusability Must have technical / professional qualifications
Proven experience with API management
Proven experience with large scale distributed systems
Proven track record of delivering and maintaining software in production
Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or other related scientific fields Key performance indicators
Sustained delivery of software products
