Role Objective: Bridging business and tech, this role turns needs into clear requirements, aligns priorities with the PO, and ensures smooth collaboration between agile teams and PMI-driven stakeholders for strategic and operational success.

Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Coordination and Prioritization: - Organize and conduct meetings with customers, POs and development teams to define and prioritize features.

- Support the PO in gathering and defining priorities, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear operational requirements.

• Definition of Ready (DoR) Management: - Facilitate refinement sessions with teams to define and update DoR criteria, ensuring that each backlog item is detailed and ready for development.

• Agile Work Methodology and Interaction with PMI Methodologies : - Operate mainly in an agile mode, adopting iterative development and continuous improvement practices.

- Deal with stakeholders who follow PMI methodologies, ensuring consistency and alignment between agile and traditional project management approaches.

• Documentation and Communication: - Draft minutes, reports and updated documentation of meetings, ensuring transparency and traceability of decisions.

• Technical Support and Release Management: - Collaborate with the development team to coordinate release notes, versioning and updates, maintaining high product quality standards.

Required Skills: • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with aptitude for problem solving.

• IT knowledge and familiarity with backlog management tools (e. g.

Azure DevOps).

• Fluency in English.

• Experience and flexibility in working both in agile environments and in PMI contexts to effectively interface with different stakeholders.
