Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders and other IT teams to define and prioritize product requirements

- Develop and implement Agile processes and methodologies across the organization

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Agile methodologies and best practices

Profilo

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery management

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects

- Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills

Nice to have

- Knowledge of Jira or other planning tools

- Passion for the fashion industry

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM
