**GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform **is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.

Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.

Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1. 000 people.

We are looking for an** Agile PMO** who will be responsible for providing project support and working closely with the Project Manager.

Expert in agile methodology.

Main Responsabilities:

- Support activities in coordination and management of IT projects (Planned Delivery, Economics, and Involved Resources)

- Business support in the definition of project requirements and in the analysis of technical and functional requirements

- Management and monitoring of project baseline to ensure the accomplishment of activities in terms of Scope, Budget and Timing

- Stakeholders and Communication management

- Support activities setup for the design and reporting (e. g. , kick-off preparation, status report meeting, redaction of MoM, Gannt preparation, )

- Set priorities to optimize work delivery, remove constraints

- Promote the accountability for outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge about Project Management methodologies (e. g. , PMI, Agile) and proven experience

- Mastering MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, Powerpoint)

- Fluent in English

- Preferable expertise in the insurance domain

- Preferable knowledge of a second language (i. e. , ES, DE)
