Responsibilities**:

- Implement an automated welcome text system to provide guests with essential information before their arrival.

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and messages from potential and current guests.

- Maintain and update the apartment calendars to ensure accuracy and avoid double bookings.

- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, providing clear instructions and support to guests throughout their stay.

- Handle guest concerns and inquiries through phone calls and messages, offering prompt and effective solutions.

- Manage guest identification to ensure the security

- Oversee the arrangement of cleaning services for the apartments, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each guest.

- Manage payment processing and coordinate with guests regarding payment collection.

- Monitor and restock necessary supplies for the apartments, such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials.

- Implement effective problem and crisis management strategies to address any issues that may arise during guests' stays.

**Requirements**:

- **FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN** multiple languages is a big plus

- Previous experience in apartment or property management

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage calendars, bookings, and inquiries efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to address guest concerns and provide clear instructions.

- Familiarity with automated messaging systems and customer relationship management tools is a plus.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle and resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Attention to detail

- Proficiency in handling payment processing and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

- Ability to work remotely and flexibility to answer guests at any hour

- Familiarity with crisis management protocols and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
