Luxoft is one of the major Software Services companies world-wide.

We deliver professional software services in multiple business verticals such as Finance, Automotive, and Digital Transformation.

Luxoft is building up a new special team targeted at developing In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Autonomous Driving (AD) and Connected Mobility (CM) systems for the next generation of Automobiles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customer stakeholders and our team

- Estimate software development efforts

- Lead international Software Development teams

- Escalation and expectation management

- Maintaining project governance, keeping key KPIs in check

- Management meetings organization, meeting minutes and actions tracking

- Standard Operational Procedures, like onboarding of new employees, overall management of employee lifecycle within project

- Staffing of project, organization of ramp ups, in cooperation with HR and Recruitment teams

**Skills**:

Must have

- University Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, similar studies

- 3+ years of professional experience in SW Development environment

- Experience in Automotive

- Solid understanding of Software Development lifecycle, tools and processes

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

- Excellent communication skills

- Proactive approach and flexible attitude => get-things-done attitude

- Experience of gathering detailed information and consolidating/summarizing

- Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment

- Fluent English and Italian

Nice to have

- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

- Experience with service companies
