**Posizione**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop the AI and Machine Learning architecture aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

- Lead the integration of computer vision and NLP into our platforms to optimize psychometric evaluation.

- Define and oversee the necessary infrastructure for training, deploying, and maintaining AI models.

- Collaborate with software development and data science teams to ensure efficiency and scalability of AI solutions.

- Automate processes with ia solutions (RPA)

- Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks to improve model accuracy and processing speed.

- Develop strategies to optimize models for cloud and on-premise environments.

- Create technical documentation and best practices for AI adoption within the company.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning, LLM with a proven track record in AI architecture.

- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

- Knowledge of computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, etc. )

and NLP (Transformers, BERT, GPT, SpaCy, etc.

).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc) and MLOps environments (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).

- Experience in designing and optimizing databases for AI data storage and processing.

- Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps for AI model deployment.

- Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions to various stakeholders.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of data regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) related to AI in health and psychology.

- Research publications or participation in AI-related projects.
