Job Description As an AI Engineer in the ContentWise team, you will be involved in a project related to:

Take the lead in tackling complex data science challenges, working independently to design and implement scalable, high-impact solutions.

Harness the power of AI — develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using cutting-edge techniques in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.

Own the data pipeline — collect, extract, and aggregate massive datasets using Big Data paradigms, transforming raw information into high-quality, validated insights.

Bring AI to life — deploy models seamlessly into production, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems and deliver real-world value.

Push boundaries — optimize algorithms for peak performance, efficiency, and reliability, turning innovative ideas into game-changing solutions.

Full-time position at the Milan Office on Hybrid Mode.

Qualifications If you share our passion for the Data & AI field and possess the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or a STEM-related field; Programming expertise in languages like Python, C++, Java, or R, with hands-on experience in software development and building scalable applications.

Experience in top-tier Data Science libraries — Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Keras, TensorFlow, Matplotlib, and fastAPI — to power AI-driven solutions.

Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control (GIT) and collaborative workflows like Agile.

An interest in learning and applying modern development techniques, such as Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD), to streamline AI projects.

Experience with data management — skilled in SQL and NoSQL database programming to structure, query, and optimize large datasets efficiently.

Familiarity with cloud and big data technologies, including AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as distributed computing frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.

Hands-on experience or strong interest with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes, to automate, scale, and streamline AI deployments.

A passion for AI and Machine Learning — excited about developing and fine-tuning models in areas like Time Series Analysis, Clustering, Classification, Anomaly Detection, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.
