About the Role: As an AI Engineer specializing in LLMs, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing machine learning pipelines, focusing on deep learning and MLOps. You will:

Develop and integrate LLM/SLM stacks with existing solutions. Fine-tune and deploy LLMs and SLMs to meet specific business needs. Design and implement (multi-modal) agents to enhance product functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of language models. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and language model technologies. What We Are Looking For: A great candidate will have:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in deploying LLMs and SLMs. Strong proficiency in Python and related machine learning libraries (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch). A solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agent systems and AI integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Italian will be consider a strong plus.
