To achieve this, we need an AI Solutions Engineer who can support our team in crafting impactful AI solutions that address real-world business needs while enhancing the experience for millions of users.

What are we looking for? We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions team, working hands-on with customers to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role is all about getting your hands dirty: experimenting with generative AI pipelines, building innovative workflows, and transforming complex business challenges into tailored, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Conversational AI Development: build and implement advanced virtual assistants and AI-powered workflows using generative AI models.

Tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration. Data transformation & management: design robust data pipelines to handle diverse datasets, ensuring AI agents have access to accurate, relevant knowledge bases. AI model implementation: apply advanced generative AI techniques and prompting strategies to improve conversational AI experiences and business outcomes. Client collaboration: work closely with clients throughout onboarding, integration, and continuous improvement phases, ensuring their success with the indigo. ai platform. Internal tools & innovation: develop internal tools and solutions to streamline workflows, enhance team efficiency, and drive innovation. You will need:Technical expertise: solid background in AI technologies, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-powered solutions. Proficiency in Python: expertise in Python for data processing, analysis, and solution development.

Familiarity with APIs, data transformation, and system integration. Professional experience: at least 2 years of experience in AI solution delivery, technical consulting, or related roles. Analytical & problem-solving skills: ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective AI implementations. Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Language skills: Proficiency in Italian (C1 level) is required. We will really like (but they are not required):Familiarity with cloud platforms (IBM, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployments.
