About the Role: Latch is looking for an AI Specialist to help us maximize the potential of AI and support other team members and departments in utilizing AI and ChatGPT to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in their respective roles.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing AI-powered solutions, developing algorithms, integrating models into existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop AI strategies aligned with business objectives.

Design and implement AI-powered solutions for our different departments.

Develop algorithms for image recognition, natural language processing, and predictive maintenance.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models.

Monitor model performance and iterate for improvement.

Stay updated on AI research and innovations.

Document methodologies and communicate insights effectively.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

It will also be highly valued: Experience in computer vision or natural language processing.

Knowledge of access control systems or IoT technologies.
