The Corporation has invested in 56 terminals, including 49 container terminals, all over the world. For COSCO SHIPPING Lines Italy, we are seeking a reliable employee for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations.

In this role, you will combine robotic process automation (RPA) with machine learning and cognitive technologies to transform repetitive and data-intensive processes into efficient, scalable workflows. Key Responsibilities:Process Analysis & Design: Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.

Work with cross-functional teams (IT, BPS analysts, and other department) to map and optimize workflows.

Solution Development: Develop automation solutions using RPA tools integrated with AI technologies.

Build and deploy machine learning models (using frameworks) to enhance automation capabilities—for example, by incorporating predictive analytics or natural language processing.

Implementation & Testing: Write, test, and debug automation scripts and AI models.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor deployed solutions, analyze performance data, and iterate to improve efficiency.

Provide ongoing technical support and documentation for implemented solutions. Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience & Skills: Experience in process automation, RPA development, or a related role.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java and Php.

Practical experience with machine learning frameworks and data analytics.

Familiarity with RPA tools and methodologies.

Understanding of business process management and workflow optimization.

Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Knowledge of databases and data integration techniques.
