**AI Project Manager**:

Your role

**As an AI Project Manager your role will entail**:

Leading AI project teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient workflows, effective collaboration, and timely delivery of project milestones;

In charge of implementing and deploying AI solutions across operating entities with a focus on the claims value chain;

Oversee AI projects from inception to implementation, including project planning, activities prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement;

Ensure adherence to ethical standards, privacy regulations, and contractual requirements in AI project development and deployment;

Foster a collaborative environment, promote cross-functional teamwork, and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners;

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices to optimize project outcomes and team performance;

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track project progress, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management;

Utilize expertise in claims processing to streamline workflows, optimize procedures, and enhance operational efficiency within project frameworks.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in Agile project management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

In-depth knowledge of claims processing workflows, systems, and regulations.

Experience managing AI projects, with a strong understanding of ethical, privacy, and contractual considerations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and project teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving results.

Project management certification (e. g. , PMP, AgilePM) is a plus.

**Languages**: English proficiency is mandatory; Germain is a plus
