This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. You will get the chance to:

Deploy and manage AI models in production environments, ensuring reliability and optimal performance;Design and develop user interfaces and front-end systems that facilitate AI functionality;Integrate and manage various data sources to support AI operations, ensuring data integrity and accessibility;Create and maintain APIs for seamless interaction between system components, enhancing infrastructure integration;Develop scalable frameworks for AI model deployment within the company infrastructure. What will help you succeed:

At least 5 years in software development, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI-related projects;Demonstrated experience in a senior or leadership role, with the ability to mentor junior team members and lead complex projects;Advanced proficiency in Python and/or Java;Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and generative AI tools such as LangChain or Langraph;Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and MLOps;Proven ability to work effectively with data scientists and machine learning engineers in multidisciplinary teams;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to delivering high-quality solutions;Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI solution deployment;Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for managing AI applications;Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines for an efficient, automated workflow;Fluent English.
