What you'll doAs an AI Solutions Engineer Intern, you'll play a critical role in bridging AI and customer value.

Working closely with the Solutions team, you will:

• Build virtual assistants: Design conversational flows and workflows powered by generative AI to create engaging chatbot experiences tailored to client needs.

• Manage and transform data: Handle diverse datasets, create advanced data transformation pipelines, and ensure AI Agents have access to accurate, relevant knowledge bases.

• Apply AI technologies: Leverage generative AI models and prompting techniques to improve conversational AI experiences.

• Create internal tools: Develop tools to enhance team efficiency and drive innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with clients: Support customers during onboarding, integration, and beyond, ensuring their success with the indigo. ai platform. What we're looking forWe're looking for passionate individuals with the following qualifications:

• Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, analysis, and tool development.

Familiarity with APIs and data management is a must.

• AI expertise: Experience working with generative AI models and LLMs, including designing prompts and understanding their applications.

• Data-focused mindset: Comfort working with large datasets and transforming them into actionable insights for AI applications.

• Team-oriented spirit: A strong desire to collaborate and help others, paired with the drive to achieve ambitious goals.

• Language skills: Proficiency in Italian (at least C1 level) is required.
