As AI Technology Leader, you will join our Program AI 4 Engineering, conducting the following activities:

Set and communicate team priorities to support broader organization's goalsInteract with key business stakeholders, such as technology vendor relationships, Architects, Product Managers and other IT teams, leading a team of Software DevelopersLead the design and implementation of solutions in specialized ML areas, optimize ML infrastructure, and guide the development of model optimizationProduce documentation (flow-charts, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc. ) for designs, specifications, and end-usersQUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Intermediate

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e. g. , model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning)3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with 2+ years of experience in a people management, supervision / team leadership roleIT SKILLS: Knowledge of operating systems including Linux and general knowledge of cloud servicesExperience with RESTful API design, development, versioning and testing, and with different development methodologies (agile, waterfall, test-driven)Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI or custom AI models for real-time data analysisFamiliarity with simulation tools, CAD software, BIM platforms enhanced by AI and project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) with AI integration capabilitiesKnowledge of AI tools like OpenAI APIs for automated report generation and process optimizationSOFT SKILLS: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesGood troubleshooting / problem solving skills and knowledge of ticketing systemsStrong leadership and team-building capabilities, fostering collaboration among diverse project teamsProficiency in managing stakeholder expectations with data-driven insightsNICE TO HAVE: Experience managing projects in the AI field
