We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Air Export Operations Officer in Pantigliate (MI).

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing air freight operations efficiently and effectively.

Your role will involve liaising with different stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Handle shipments in the Air Export Operations dept: gather and check the shipment information; monitor shipments; process and monitor customer invoices; prepare operational reportsLiaise with carriers, suppliers, and customersEnsure compliance with customs and trade regulationsResolve any operational issues promptlyRequirements: Previous experience in Air Export Operations: 1-2 years (preferable)Knowledge of customs and trade regulations (preferable)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of English, both written and spokenAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracyIf you are looking for a challenging role and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
